Formed with the new democracy in mind, TM Khoza and Associates is committed to promoting the needs of previously disadvantaged individuals and maintains an equal opportunity for all policy. Millicent Tinyiko Khoza initially established the business to utilize her vast skills within the engineering sector, and later partnered with Mxolisi Percival Gama to extend their reach. Together they are proud to have a 100% black owned business and they currently have a 110% rating in the BEE Procurement Recognition level.
